Shipping at a glance

Free shipping on every order. We ship within the US only.

Each shirt is made to order. Most orders ship within 2 to 7 business days, then take 5 to 8 business days to arrive (Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 14).

That means most orders arrive about 7 to 15 business days after you order. Embroidered items are the one exception.

Embroidered items, such as the work polo, are stitched to order and usually arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks.

If your order has both, the embroidered items take about 3 to 4 weeks and everything else arrives in the 7 to 15 business days above.

You'll get tracking by email once your order ships.

Payment timing

When you check out, your card is authorized but not charged. We charge it only when we confirm your order. If we can't fill your order, we cancel the authorization and you are never charged.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, contact us and we'll help you get it reshipped; we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery. If a standard order hasn't arrived 15 business days after you order (21 for Alaska and Hawaii), it may be lost. For embroidered items such as the work polo, that window is 30 business days. Either way, contact us within 30 days after that. We'll replace it or refund you. See our Returns page.
