What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address and what you bought. We use it to make and ship your order and to send you order updates by email. We never sell your information.
Who helps us
We use trusted third-party providers for a few services:
- Payment processing: a payment provider handles checkout. We never see or store your card number.
- Printing and shipping: our printing and shipping provider gets only your name, shipping address and order details.
- Website hosting and order emails: providers that run our website and send your order updates.
Custom-shirt photos
If you make a custom shirt, you can upload a photo. We use it only to make your cartoon figure. We never print it and we never make it public. The photo goes to an outside service that draws the figure for us, and when we print your order the finished design goes to our printing partner. Those companies have their own record-keeping rules, which we don't control.
We delete our copy of your photo when we decide on your order, and within about 7 days of the day you started at the latest. If you leave without ordering, we delete it within about 48 hours. If a drawing attempt doesn't work, we keep the photo for 2 hours at most. We delete our copy of your figure within 30 days of your order date.
We look at each custom order by hand to check it for quality and for anything harmful or inappropriate. We may decline a custom order that doesn't pass that check. We keep the order itself (what you ordered, the size, the price and your shipping details) the same way we do for any order.
Tracking
We don't use ad tracking or ad cookies. A simple, cookie-free counter tells us how many people visit.
Your requests
Email us through our contact page to get a copy of your information or to have it deleted. To make sure it's really you, we'll match your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We'll reply within 30 days. We keep order records (what was bought, what was paid, when, and the shipping state and ZIP) as long as we need them for taxes and accounting. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove your name, email and street address and keep only those basics.
Children
Our shop is for adults. We don't collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
